Total Beginner Yoga
This class is for anyone without prior experience of yoga who would like to have a first glance at it.
Introduction to common postures & breathing exercises.
Vinyasa Flow
This class moves fluidly and continuously through different yoga postures (asanas). An invigorating dance like yoga lesson. Your breath leads the movements. The classes flow at a moderate pace guided by detailed instruction. The postures are kept safe and simple, focus on building strength, endurance and flexibility.
Basic yoga experience is recommended.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses (asanas) that are held for longer periods. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissue of the body-the tendons, fascia, and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga.
This practice is appropriate for students of all levels.
Women’s Yoga
Asanas to balance hormones:
A lot of women struggle during and before their period, often known as PMS. The sequence of those specific asanas help to balance the hormones.
The asanas are dynamic with very strong pranayamas to massage and reactivate the glands.

Yoga helped me to balance my body, mind & soul even during the most stressful periods and to stay focused. In 2015 I decided to take a break from my daily life and was backpacking through India where I successfully completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Course at Sampoorna Yoga. After my sabbatical I decided to leave my day to day job to be able to focus on teaching yoga and sharing the positive influence yoga has on a physical & psychological side.
